RULING BY AAR

In the case of Applicant M/s GRB Dairy Foods Pvt. Ltd., the Tamil Nadu AAAR ruled that GST paid on inputs/input services procured by the appellant to implement the promotional scheme under the name 'Buy n Fly' is not eligible for Input Tax Credit.
